Meet the Massage Therapists

Rose Swartz LMT

Rose studied at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing in Illinois for 4 years. A supporter in the Hippocratic philosophy that the "Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease," Rose believes that by combining holistic modalities, we can help patients heal themselves. Rose is both a deep tissue and prenatal specialist but also utilizes myofascial release, sports massage, active release technique, geriatric massage, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, aromatherapy, trigger point therapy, and pin-and-stretch techniques.

Rose creates a custom massage plan for each patient based on their needs and tries to help each person reach their health goals. Before and after each session, Rose will try to find the root of the pain, educate the patient on where it comes from, and suggest exercises and stretches to help relieve that pain. Rose believes in making each massage as unique and specific as the patients themselves.

Liana Percoco LMT

Liana is a certified and licensed, professional massage therapist with four years experience, trained at the renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy's 1000-hour program.  Liana is also a dancer, choreographer, and musician with a B.A. in Dance, performing with many theatre, dance, and music groups around Chicago.  Coming to massage therapy with a background in dance and movement, Liana is fascinated with the way the body works and how to live in our bodies more efficiently, expressively, and pain free!

She focuses her practice on deep tissue, therapeutic massage (including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage) that stops pain patterns while incorporating elements of Yoga, Shiatsu, stretching, breathwork, and somatic education for a relaxing, holistic treatment.  Through massage therapy Liana wants you to move through your life with less stress and pain to keep your momentum going for the things in life that inspire you!

Heather Fraelick LMT

Heather bring 7 years of massage therapy experience.  She believes that each person has their own healing needs and listens to where one is coming from to tailor her massages.  She draws from assisted stretching, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish and Trigger Point Therapy techniques to create sessions tailored to each individual client.   Her expertise lies in pain relief through the use of massage that is relaxing and therapeutic in its intent.  Many clients she works with are those experiencing chronic pain, neck and shoulder injuries, headaches, and low back pain.  In addition to therapeutic massage, she also provides Prenatal Massage, Reiki and Reflexology to enhance one's overall well being.  Currently she is studying Craniosacral work and she looks forward to offering this service in the near future.
