Aaron graduated from the Soma Institute in Chicago. He specializes in trigger point therapy and sports massage. After bouncing from desk job to desk job, Aaron sought a greater connection to his work – one that reflected his passion for helping others. He went all-in on his massage training and couldn’t be happier. In addition to pursuing a greater knowledge of massage and bodywork, Aaron is a 7-year veteran of the Chicago stand-up comedy scene, has performed at colleges and comedy festivals across the country, and continues performing in the Chicagoland area today.

Feeling tight in your hips or lower back? It might be your hamstrings asking for attention! The supine hamstring stretch is a gentle, effective way to increase flexibility, relieve tension, and support healthy posture and movement—especially if you sit for long hours or love to run.

To try it:
✔️ Lie flat on your back
✔️ Extend one leg up toward the ceiling
✔️ Hold behind your thigh or calf (not your knee!)
✔️ Keep the opposite leg bent or straight on the floor
✔️ Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides

Make this a regular part of your routine and feel the difference from your legs to your lower back!

Try it:
✔️ Stand tall with soft knees
✔️ Hinge at the hips, keeping your spine neutral
