payment & policies

Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

If you miss an appointment or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be assessed a $45 fee for a service of 60 minutes or less (e.g. chiropractic new patient, 60 minute massage) and $70 for a service of 61 minutes or more (e.g. 90 minute massage), as we have reserved that time slot just for you. If you miss or cancel multiple appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be assessed a $35 fee per service. Missed appointment fees are the responsibility of the patient.

Late Arrivals

If you’re going to be late to an appointment, please alert the office as soon as possible. We will accommodate you in special circumstances and if the practitioner’s schedule allows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a massage or 5 minutes late for a follow up chiropractic visit may be considered a missed appointment.

Insurance Disclaimer

Keep in mind that occasionally the benefits quoted differ from your actual coverage. In the case of a discrepancy, you will be responsible the cost of treatment.
