
Ada is a graduate of The Soma National Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. With a deep respect for the human body’s ability to heal, she specializes in evidence-based clinical massage techniques to promote functional outcomes such as pain relief, muscular tension release, injury prevention, and improved mobility.
She is trained and certified in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C), myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, assisted stretching, breathwork, and TMJ disorder therapy. Additionally, she has advanced training and certification in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum massage, as well as health and wellness counseling.
Ada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, further strengthening her expertise in movement-based therapy. She is highly skilled in, postnatal and prenatal massage, athletic performance therapy, deep tissue massage, IASTM and assisted stretch therapy.
When she isn’t working with patients or expanding her knowledge, Ada enjoys Argentine tango dancing, watching scary movies, reading, spinning, and lifting at the gym.
