🌙 Better Sleep Series: Seated Deep Breathing This 🌙 Better Sleep Series: Seated Deep Breathing

This simple seated breathing exercise helps calm your nervous system and prepare your body for rest. Sit comfortably and place your hands on the sides of your abdomen, breathing slowly into your hands so your ribs gently expand with each inhale. As you exhale, feel your body soften and release the tension of the day. Try this for 2–3 minutes before bed to signal safety, slow your mind, and support deeper, more restful sleep.

Sleep better by stacking smarter 😴 One of the big Sleep better by stacking smarter 😴

One of the biggest sleep trends right now is sleep stacking — pairing small, supportive habits together to create better rest without overhauling your entire routine. Think gentle movement earlier in the day, consistent bedtimes, a calming wind-down ritual, and reducing screen time before bed. Individually they help, but together they signal safety and relaxation to your nervous system.

Better sleep isn’t about perfection — it’s about layering simple habits that support recovery, healing, and deeper rest night after night.
