Alison Gray, LMT

Alison is a dedicated massage therapist and movement specialist with a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel their best in their bodies. A proud graduate of the New School for Massage in Chicago, Alison’s professional journey has been shaped by her diverse background in personal training and yoga, which sparked her fascination with anatomy, biomechanics, and the intricate ways the human body functions. This multidisciplinary foundation has not only informed her therapeutic approach but also deepened her commitment to guiding patients toward lasting wellness.
Alison’s mission is centered on educating her patients about how their bodies move, where imbalances may be developing, and how chronic pain and dysfunction often stem from repetitive patterns and daily habits. She firmly believes that by identifying these patterns and addressing them through focused therapeutic work, individuals can regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance their overall quality of life. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, dealing with stress-related tension, or simply seeking to improve their performance in everyday activities, Alison strives to create customized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Specializing in a variety of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and Myofascial Release, Alison blends clinical precision with a nurturing, patient-centered approach. Her treatments are designed not just to relieve symptoms, but to uncover and address the underlying causes of discomfort, promoting long-term healing and resilience.
Outside the treatment room, Alison remains active and engaged in pursuits that fuel her well-being and creativity. She enjoys practicing Pilates, reading a good book, cheering on the Chicago Bulls during basketball season, and unwinding with her beloved rescue chihuahua, Lonzo (affectionately known as Zo). Whether at work or in her downtime, Alison is driven by a genuine desire to connect with others and make a positive, lasting impact on their lives.
