Dead Bugs might have a funny name, but they’re one of the best moves for building deep core control without stressing your back. This exercise trains your abs to stabilize your spine while your arms and legs move — exactly how your core is meant to function in real life. Lying on your back, keep your low back gently pressed down as you slowly extend the opposite arm and leg, then return with control and switch sides. Move slow, breathe steady, and focus on keeping your ribs from flaring. Strong, coordinated core muscles = better posture, less strain, and more support for everything you do.
