Electrical Stimulation

What is Electric Simulation?

Electric stimulation is a therapy that uses electrical muscle stimulation to reach the deep layers of muscle with safe amounts of electric currents. The electrical currents decrease muscular tension which in turns increases blood flow.

How does it work?

A small electric current is produced which causes your muscles contract under the stim pads placed on the skin. The patient feels a small pulsation in the muscles. This pulsation increases blood circulation to the area which in turns promotes muscle healing.

Who would benefit?

Electric stimulation is beneficial in decreasing pain, decreasing muscular spasms and increasing blood flow to a local area. Patients suffering from a muscle spasm, muscle strain or muscle sprain would benefit from electrical stimulation therapy.

Movement Monday 💪 Shoulders That Serve Slow it do Movement Monday 💪 Shoulders That Serve

Slow it down with shoulder rolls—simple, but so effective. This movement helps release built-up tension, improve circulation, and gently wake up the muscles that support your posture. Roll back and down with control, breathe easy, and let your shoulders reset from long hours at a desk or on your phone.

Small, intentional movement = shoulders that serve you better every day.

Your desk setup could be the reason your shoulders Your desk setup could be the reason your shoulders feel tight by the end of the day 👩‍💻

Try this:
• Screen at eye level (We know Angel's is a little low in this picture! We wanted to see if you noticed 🤣)
• Elbows at 90°
• Shoulders relaxed (not creeping up!)

Small changes = big relief.
