This week we checked in with Dr. McTeer, and she’s been seeing an increase in patients dealing with motor vehicle accident injuries and whiplash. Even low-speed collisions can create sudden forces on the neck and upper back, which may lead to stiffness, headaches, and soreness in the days that follow. If you’ve recently been in an accident, it’s important to have your spine and soft tissues evaluated so small issues don’t turn into longer-term problems.
